Thunderbird 128.4.1esr - filters no more work good

more options

Since I updated to 128.4.1esr filters no longer work good: some emails are left in the main folder and not transferred in the subfolder I'd like and I ordered via filter; other emails are duplicated in the main folder and in the destination folder ;moreover, if I try to modify a filter, the window is so big that the OK button slips under Windows 11 system tray and it's impossible to click; thw window is impossible to resize, nor I can drag it, so the OK button remains invisible under Windows tray bar. Thanks for your help.

My installation: Thunderbird Ver. 128.4.1esr ID build 20241101163316

RE: the window is so big that the OK button slips under Windows 11 system tray...thw window is impossible to resize, nor I can drag it,

As the bottom of window has gone too far down: Either: Hover over top edge of window to see two headed icon - left click and hold down to grab. then drag downwards maybe to half the height of screen. Then left click and hold down on Top title bar and drag the entire window upwards, so revealing the bottom edge.

OR hover over a corner - eg: top left corner to get the diagonal two headed arrow - then left click - hold down to grab and drag in a diagonal down and right direction until top edge is half way down screen. Then left click and hold down on Top title bar and drag the entire window upwards, so revealing the bottom edge.
