Since I updated with yours i am receiving emails but as soon as i want to open them it freezes so basically I cant read or send emails without it crashing I have a windows 11 laptop

Freezes or crashes? Does the same happen when you run Thunderbird in "Troubleshoot Mode" https://mzl.la/3AbU5jz Which is your actual TB version? Do you use antivirus software?
