can you save "image properties?"
I have a PNG file of my email signature. I know I can click INSERT > LINK and then enter my website address on the IMAGE PROPERTIES page so that the recipients can click the logo to go to my site. Every time I wish to do this, along with adding the web address, I also have to go to the additional screen that asks for ALTERNATE TEXT, TOOLTIP etc. Is there a way to save all this information as default so it doesn't need to be manually entered every time? Thanks...

If you're putting images into a signature, I strongly advise you to learn a bit of HTML code. For example, this URL demonstrates how to put alternate text into an image: https://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/att_img_alt.asp For assistance in your HTML , you could do this:
- copy your HTML to windows clipboard
- Go to https://pastebin.mozilla.org/
- rightclick and select 'paste' from the menu that appears
- change the retention period to 21 days
- click the 'paste snippet' button in upper right to create a URL of your data
- copy that generate URL and paste into a reply this post
Doing that lets us see the full HTML and to then suggest changes for you.
