Hello I currently have 128.7.0esr (64 bit) installed on my new laptop, but my accounting software (Sage) only recognises 32-bit so won't allow me to send email from the software. Sage have said this: "Ciel applications are compatible with Microsoft Outlook 32-bit version . Only Sage 50 is compatible with Microsoft Outlook 32-bit and 64-bit . For other email software ( Mozilla Thunderbird for example), install a 32-bit Windows version and not a 64-bit version "

So, I know nothing about computers or programming so can someone advise me hot to do this please. Many thanks

On https://www.thunderbird.net/download/ make sure the Operating System is Windows then click on \/Need a specific installer? and select 32-bit (.exe) to then download the 32-bit Thunderbird 128.7.0esr for Windows 10, 11.

I think you meant Thunderbird 128.7.0esr and Mozilla prefers people use https://archive.mozilla.org over https://ftp.mozilla.org

32-bit Thunderbird Setup 128.7.0esr.exe https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/128.7.0esr/win32/en-US/
