What you could do is invest enough time to type out what the problem actually is, this is your second topic on this forum and due to your brevity no one really knows what your asking.

I could guess and say the only times I have seen junk mail stay in the inbox the default settings to move it has been changed or the antivirus is interfering. The antivirus being a problem child is by far the more common as folks usually know that have turned off moving junk mail to the junk folder and simply turn it back on if it does not suit them anylonger.
