I do webbanking with Comerica. When I ask for an image of a check or deposit, nothing happens. If I switch over to Explorer, it works. I left Explorer and came to Mozilla at the advice of my tech. Security's better and so is search and a bunch more I have yet to learn about. But I still need to see the backs of my deposit slips from time to time and to see an image of a check. Can you help?

When you are looking at the image of a check in IE, right-click and select Properties.

Under Address: (URL) for that image what type of image is that?
PNG, GIF, TIFF, or other?
If it is a TIFF image, you'll need a plugin to be able to view TIFF images in Firefox.
