How can I organize a Bookmark Toolbar folder by choosing it from the toolbar?
When I want to reorganize the contents of a bookmark toolbar folder, I naturally start by right clicking on that folder, which gives me a context menu like I'd expect, but mysteriously missing is anything resembling a "Manage this folder" command.
Thinking about it, I guess what that would do nowadays is open up a/the Library window to the folder in question; I don't really care about what the window is called, though, I just want to open it up without having to navigate the Bookmark menu/icon, remember the key sequence to open "all bookmarks", *or* navigate two levels down the tree after that.
I'm not afraid of about:config, but nothing useful-looking came up for "bookmark" or "places".

A possibility is to use the PrefBar extension to create a button with this command:
- PlacesCommandHook.showPlacesOrganizer("BookmarksToolbar");
Maybe I'm misunderstanding you but all you need to do is left click on the folder to open it and then you left click on the items to move them around.
The OP wants to open the Library with the Bookmarks Toolbar folder selected with one click.
That's not what the first line says. I guess we'll wait and see.
I'm presuming that the poster doesn't want to organise the bookmarks toolbar but a folder on the toolbar.
