How can I delete the safe mode

You can't. You can get out of safe mode if you started Thunderbird in safe mode before.

Retart Thunderbird and it will restart as normal.

it only starts up in Thunderbird Safe mode if you selected it to do so. then it only uses that mode until you restart Thunderbird.
