No matter what Web page I try to access since I downloaded the latest version of FF they don't load. All I get is the error message "Problem Loading Page The connection has timed out"

The server at smile.amazon.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I am not having any problems accessing any of the pages in IE - just FF - and immediately after I installed FF 32.0.2

I tried rebooting and even reinstalling - but can't access anything on FF.

hello, normally such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions. please remove all program rules for firefox from your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.
