I can't varify my email on sync 0ptions

In options it says "Foxfire account email.com is not verified". I click the verify tab and go to my yahoo,there it said congratulation you are almost done. I click on the blue tab and it redirects me to a page that says your browser is out of date. I have up dated twice and my auto update is enabled. I tried to do this 4 times and changed to another email address.
