If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the Report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).

  • Click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.

If necessary then you can open about: pages via the location/address bar.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

You can try to disable OMTC and leave hardware acceleration in Firefox enabled.

  • about:config page: layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled = false

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

I tried in safe mode, then too it crashed

Though in safe mode it stayed on for some more time (may me 30mins more) then in normal mode I tried disabling Use Hardware Acceleration, then too it crashed

What are the other methods I'm a little confused could you please help It keeps crashing after every 45mins

Does having multiple tabs open create this crash? I have seen surfing Facebook and watching Youtube videos the crashes are more often (I could be wrong here but that's what I have noticed) Also when i try and check to see if my plugins are up-to date It just does not check, attached is the snapshot
