hi,

i just wanted to check my plugins update, because firefox was preventing java and flash player to work. So, i entered the plugin page and clicked check for update, i came to page https://www.mozilla.org/tr/plugincheck but i am waiting to much for your page's finishing its work. a circle is turning turning turning near "Checking with Mozilla on the status of your plugins", but no result. i only have to plugins java and flash player. why it is taking too much time to check plugins?

hi eappy, i am sorry that this is happening - this currently appears to be a bug on the website when you have an outdated and blocked version of java present. please see if the plugin-check runs correctly if you click on the plugin icon on the top left of the address bar and allow java to run (see screenshot).

alternatively you can download an update for flash player from: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html (if you are on windows, use the .exe for plugin-based browsers). updates for java can be found here: https://www.java.com/download/
