I would try just inserting the CD into the computer, it should know what to do with it. If it does not, you could go to file explorer and see if you can find the disk, and if there is a setup.exe or similar file. Note, this question is not related to firefox, so this would be the wrong support forum. I would suggest looking on the Microsoft support forum for this question.
