I need path to the address book, and to internal folders

I had to refresh windows, and subsequently Thunderbird. I am trying to restore my address book and the internal folders such as sent and saved. I have backup but I cant find the files in it.

Tried this several times but the data must have been stored somewhere else. Thanks for the interest though. It looks like I've lost it.

Address Book and mail files are all stored in your profile. Restore the entire profile from backup, not just individual files. To locate the profile folder: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Thunderbird
