All folders for one email account have disappeared
I just noticed that all of the folders for one email account have disappeared. I do not use this account regularly so I am not certain when, but it seems like it must have been within the last two weeks.
In the TB account settings, under "Server Settings" the incoming server is listed as:
Server Type: IMAP Mail Server
and the server name is indeed an IMAP. However, Bell technical support assures me the incoming server for this account is a pophm but changing the server name in the name field doesn't fix anything.
Under the account settings for "Copies & Folders" the options for where to create folders for "Sent" etc do not even show this account, showing only my main account and "Local Folders."
Any advice is appreciated.

... the server name is indeed an IMAP.
There is one IMAP account according to the Troubleshooting Information. But the server name is pophm.sympatico.ca.
What are the correct server settings for IMAP according to Bell technical support?
I will have to call back and check. When I first noticed the problem, the server was an imap but, after talking to Bell I was told it should be a pophm. The problem with the disappearing folders occurred using the old imap server name and switching it to the pophm name didn't fix it. So maybe I have two problems now.
Update:
After talking to Bell "technical support," I am assured they have no imap servers. I don't remember anything about setting up this account so I am not sure how it was configured for imap. I think I used TB's wizard, but I can't be sure. Either way, the problem occurred before I changed the name from the the imap server to the pophm server and making that change didn't fix the problem.

Rebooting the computer resurrected the missing folders. But now they are empty and clicking on them causes TB to show the busy icon beside the cursors for a few minutes with no apparent effect after it stops.
