I receive "no writable calendars are configured for invitations..." I have 2 calendars both are not read-only

I have my calendar setup to sync with google. Ever since I did that I receive this notification when an invitation is received instead of the "Accept, Decline,..." buttons.

Calendar properties: location googleapi://... Refresh every 30 minutes Read Only is NOT checked Show Reminders is checked

Is the email address assigned to the Google Calendar the one where the invitation has been sent to?

I was able to resolve the problem by deleting all my calendars and then creating a new calendar using the google api.
