That could be a problem with Trusteer software (RapportTanzanxx.DLL).
Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software. You can try to contact Trusteer for support.

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now.
- Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
Mac:System Preferences -> Other -> Rapport -> Stop Rapport
- Bug 1159484 - Firefox 37.0.2 crashes with Trusteer Rapport

That seems to have worked. Thanks.
I have this problem as well, and as a result I lost a whole bunch of my tabs and I don't know how to get them back.
Hi AngieYaz
Could you please start a new thread for your question?
Then you can provide more information like your operating system and installed extensions and installed plugins.
In case of crashes also please add some recent crash IDs that you can find on the about:crashes page and that start with a "bp-" prefix
