TB 38.1.0, Win 8.1 I have started to experience freezing of the app when I try to attach a file. What tools are available to track down the problem?

What info do you need to assist in problem resolution? How to get this info to you?

McAfee, V18.0. McF has been updated but I have been using it for a few years. The freeze happens 90% of the time I try to do it but once and a while it works. I have checked the "attach dir" and it points to a dir on the HD, not a NAS dir.

I had a look at McF and realtime scanning is off. I cannot see many of the suggested routes through McF to check/turn items off.I just do not see the key words. Is there a realtime debugger to help with this?
