An update came thru and since then I've not been able to send messages. Get error message... "An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.0 Authentication required. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again." My e-mail address is correct...now what?

Well that was pointless. I asked you for troubleshooting information so I could check your settings. You chose to remove the server names so there is nothing to check.
