Good evening.I'm having a problem with Bandcamp. The site doesn't load correctly.I think it's something to do with Flash,Java or Html on my computer (I'm currently on Windows 10 x64) but I can't seem to find a solution.I've tried in different browsers and it doesn't work either. There were times that worked fine but now it doesn't again. It has nothing to do with my Internet connection because the site loads but its content doesn't.I'm gonna leave an image to show how it appears to me.I could use some help.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.

Hi there. First of all, thanks for answering. Anyways,I've tried all the ways you mentioned above but still no luck. Maybe it's a problem with the Windows 10 updates as I've read and heard that it's giving users a bit of problems. Like I mentioned in my initial post, perhaps it's something to do with Java/Flash/Html in Windows 10 or something on my computer. I just know that isn't working on any other browser as well. And I've noticed that in some sites that the image icons/thumbnails won't load correctly (it appears a small broken square thing like it's torn or something).
