Hi folks,

This one is a bit of a worry! Started this morning when I telephoned Virgin Media about using a 5Gb connection ..... (At this point Firefox was working fine ....) as part of the "process"before you get to talk to a human being, they perform "tests" on your connection.

They couldn't actually help with my query, and when I came of the phone to them I restarted Firefox.

All I got was a blank screen saying "connecting" .... leave it for ten minutes - still the same. Screenshot attached.

I've been back on the phone to Virgin three times .... all they say is "its a browser problem" - the internet connection is fine!

All I know is that I cannot use my chosen browser!

Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks!
