If you need to recover your inbox password, do you have access to the old Thunderbird instance or any e-mail client, where it is set up already and works?

I now only have a working version on my iPad

I do not know iPad good, but try to look in the e-mail client settings or account settings in the system. There should be possible to find the password stored somewhere.

If not, you would need to visit your inbox provider website, or contact its support, and recover the password.
