Hi, My problem is that I can't logon to a site that I use regularly. All of a sudden I'm getting the following message each time I attempt to logon: 'Your connection is not secure

The owner of www.lebara.fr has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.'

I'm able to logon from my wife's Mac without a problem and the site itself tells me that it is a Firefox problem. I've tried the 'Advanced - Add Exception' thing but that doesn't work. How do I fix the problem?

Do you have an extension that forces a secure connection?

There are other things that need attention. Your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  • Shockwave Flash 13.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
