Thunderbird says shortcut not valid. Won't let me in.
Trying to access Thunderbird email. When try to use short cut it says shortcut not valid do want to delete? Yes or no. It was deleted but I can't go into apps select Thunderbird because it gives the same error message.

Have you actually tried re installing Thunderbird.

Try starting T-bird thru "run" (Window-key+R) thunderbird.exe
