Hey there. Could you link the form page so I can try to download it?

In the meantime, let's get basic maintenance out of the way:

  1. Update your browser. Your details list 45.0, the latest version is 45.0.2 - visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ to get the latest installer.
  2. Check your plugins. Visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ to make sure they're all up to date.
  3. If updates don't solve the problem, try Firefox in Safe Mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode. Safe Mode will disable Themes and Extensions (and temporarily override some settings) that may be interfering with the page's operation.
