How do I turn off Firefox/Mozilla running in the background?
I have a PC on Windows 7. I'm unable to run streaming live programs and am I'm trying to install Adobe Flash Player. It keeps telling me to turn off Mozilla/Firefox but it's not "on" in my task manager, hence my question.

You have the flash installer, yes?
Shut down the computer. After a bit, start it up and then run the installer.
