My original purpose was to login so that I could reply to an existing question, but apparently the only way to create an account is to ask a new question (thus, this one)? That's clumsy.

You could have registered as a contributor without asking a question. We will migrate to new software shortly (maybe in November) so there are not going to be changes to how the current software works.

Your post /questions/1126932#answer-909368 did not provide or propose a solution to that question. It may have been better asking your own question if you have the same or a similar problem. Admittedly your screenshot may help, IF that is what the other person also sees, so thanks; although when you say text is much larger, to me it actually looks not too different in your screenshot.

I do not use a Mac so I probably am not going to be able to help you with this.

By creating a thread you get introduced to the Knowledge Base which may answer any question(s) you have. It is best to ask for help in your own thread vs taking over somebody else thread in getting help which does not go well if the OP is still getting help.
