i lost the main tool bar. How do I get it back ?

When typing a message the format changed to only write in double spacing. While trying to find a way to correct the problem I lost the main tool bar and can't find a way to get it back.

Solución elegida

In write you can toggle the menu bar with ALT But you have to right click on the menu bar line and mark it to make it stick. (or use view / toolbars and mark)
