firefox remains on after turning off
After turning Fireox 50.1.0 off it remains on in my Task Manager. When I try to cleanup my computer file I am told by the cleanup program that Firefox is still running and must be closed to cleanup the internet files. This has been happening constantly since Firefox v 50 beta. How do I make sure that it actually turns off when I exit the program?

Use one of these to close Firefox if you are currently doing that by clicking the close X on the Firefox title bar.
- "3-bar" menu button -> Exit (Power button)
- Windows: File -> Exit
- Mac: Firefox -> Quit Firefox
- Linux: File -> Quit

I tried exiting using File->Exit but Firefox still shows up in the Task Manager. It's using no CPU but its using 120MB of memory. There was only one instance of the program running in the background but I have frequently seen as many as 3 running at once.
Also, it is not hanging up on exit. The program closes but still runs in the background.
