color calibration
When I upgraded to Win10, the colours on my laptop changed. I managed to regain control using the built-in tweaks in the Intel chip, but there's a difference between the colours seen in Windows and those viewed on Firefox. I looked in about:config and toggled gfx.color_management.display_enablev4 without any change. Where else can I look?
BTW, I can't add images, the uploader just keeps spinning.

Are you using a special color profile?
Did you try to disable color management?
You can set the gfx.color_management.mode pref to 0 on the about:config page to disable Color Management.
Thanks for the reply. I've adjusted the colours on the screen visually using calibration charts and the guidance of the articles below -

None have made a difference to how images are displayed in Firefox compared to how they are seen in PhotoPaint and Windows Live Picture Gallery. They are not a long way out, just a slightly enhanced red, but it's noticeable.
In respect to profiles. I haven't been able to add the (monitor?) color profile into gfx.color_management.display_profile because although I know where the profiles are - C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color, I've no idea which one the display is using. How do I find out? And seeing as it's presumably now custom, where would it be stored if not in this folder?
