This AM my computer did Win10 updates. Lost all e-mail, had to redo all settings and log ons?

My computer did MS updates this morning. When I went to start Thunderbird, same as always, it came up like a new install. Lost all my saved e-mails and log-ons. Any ideas? Now saving e-mails to the C drive. Other than this the program has worked fine. Is there a place to look for any saved e-mails?

A Microsoft update or are you a CCleaner user? CCleaners update wiped out many Thunderbird users profile.
