I have no trouble opening Yahoo mail in Firefox. However when I try to print the email, all I get is a blank page. I don't have any problem printing Yahoo mail using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Microsoft Outlook. I really don't remember when this problem started. It may have been associated with Windows 10 or an update. I am currently using Windows 10 Version 1703, Build 15063.447.

Hi Jimmarx

Have you tried Firefox Refresh : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

and Firefox Safe Mode:

?

For what it's worth (zero :-) since every Windows computer and printer seems to be unique!) I don't have any issues printing yahoo mail on our laser printer and Windows 10 and we do have some Yahoo bugs (not sure how relevant they are to your situation!
