Download an add-on, it needs a restart so I do it, it doesn't show up. How to fix that?
I'm trying to get enigmail installed. I've downloaded it online, I've downloaded it on thunderbird and no mater what it needs Thunderbird to restart. After the restart it's just not there and it doesn't work. What's going wrong?

Deleting extension files didn't help. Enabling Javascript didn't help.
Nobody seems to have this problem but me. :/ I'm back to constantly having the add-on manager load constantly. Ugh. Any ideas?
