When I'm playing on AOL Games, Norton stops it because of an attack. Where do I report this?

I would recommend that in the first instance that you report this to Norton through the software that you are using. Most anti-malware packages allow the user to report threats back to source to improve the software and for the threat to be investigated.
You may also wish to notify AOL so that they can investigate at their end the possible source of the problem.
