How to store & insert boilerplate text
Using Thunderbird 52.2.1 on Win 10 (x64) I would like to create an email message containing standard boilerplate text that I frequently send out. In MS Outlook I could insert a building block but i don't see away of storing and later inserting such text here. Please help.

is is the add-on you want. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/quicktext/?src=search
The add-on has it's own bug in bugzilla here. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1209425 as it is sort of in a strange place. The author having abandoned it and others within the Thunderbird team sort of taking it on because they use it.
Excellent, thanks. I searched for add-ons containing "boilerplate" and didn't come upon this.
