Solución elegida

TB displays the Size of a message, and message encoding adds about 33% to the size of a attachment. So, a message with a 12MB attachment results in a message that is 16MB. I don't think that has changed since the first version of TB. Restrictions on message size are imposed by the mail service, not by TB.
