Firefox crashes

Just submitted Crash Report dated 13NOV2017 but forgot to correct e-mail address. It should be: "<redacted>"" NOT "<redacted>"

Also forgot to mention I am getting frequent pop-up alerts that a "script" is slowing Firefox. I always select Stop script.

Scrolling in Tabs was very slow. Unable to change to another Tab. Using links from one news article to another often would not work at all. Tried to close down Firefox to do a fresh start but it would not close {"Not responding" showed in top margin} Had the use Windows Task Manager to end process.

Please edit and remove your email address, this is a public forum. Your crash reports are not submitted to the forum. Unless we ask specifically for them we would ask and provide you the information to include the bp- file in a message back.

Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla before posting a question. This helps us help you. As I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues.

Firefox 57 Release date is tomorrow. Note : Legacy Extensions will be disabled and or removed.

i got here by following guidance from Firefox on the crash report. I have no idea how to edit my post. Cannot find an "Edit" or a "Delete" button. {Edit: Found "edit" button}

Can find no other way to follow up on Crash Report submission in Firefox.

I DID send info to Mozilla in a crash info report before this post. I immediately realized the e-mail address was wrong & tried to send follow-up to correct. The Mozilla instructions sent me here ??

Ok well I had a Moderator remove tour email address.

Read the instructions from the link below in how to include the report in a message you reply back to here with it and no where else. Submit the crash report in a message as per the instructions here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-asking-support

You are looking to find out how to send the bp- files as a link that opens on my end to the crash reports. Other wise I have no access to them.

fyi: In future before posting a question to here, please turn on this  : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/share-telemetry-data-mozilla-help-improve-firefox It will provide us with data on your Extensions, your exact Firefox version, your video card drivers make and dates. This can be important info in helping determine issues caused by Extensions and out dated video drivers. After sending the question you can turn it off again.

Please do so that we can help you.

I've removed the email address from the original post. You will only be contact if it's absolutely necessary but our developers. Please follow the instructions posted by Pkshadow to retrieve the crash reports/ids and post them here so we can investigate.

Thanks.

Hi johnduck, thank you for submitting the crash report. When you provide your email, that is in case the developers want to contact you to learn more or have you test something. But support people do not have access to that. That's why we need you to share with us the crash report ID(s) so we can see what your Firefox reported (without your email, that's not visible from the public report).
