Why is Firefox 57 incompatable with Norton Internet Security
I'm now using Firefox 57, your newest version. But I've always had Norton Internet Security in use, as well. Norton recognizes that I've added Firefox 57 but when I try to get it to work with 57 it says it's incompatible. Is this a Norton issue, or yours?

Mozilla normally lets others know when they change the program. It is up to developers to set up their programs.

The message is stating the version of the Norton extension you have installed in Firefox is not compatible with Firefox 57.0+. It is not saying Firefox 57.0 is not compatible.
Norton has a update. https://community.norton.com/en/blogs/product-update-announcements/norton-22112-product-update-available-now
