Unfortunately, Firefox does not have a feature to assign your own keyboard shortcuts. Some extension come pre-configured with keyboard shortcuts, but they may be difficult to discover if they aren't listed on the extension's page on the Add-ons site.

Note that those two shortcuts you mention are existing shortcuts. Ctrl+W closes a tab and Ctrl+Shift+W closes a window. It is not very likely that an extension would use these predefined shortcuts.

{ Ctrl + Shft + A } will open the Add-ons Manager and show the last Add-on group you viewed there. If that is what you are looking for. Extensions - Themes - Plugins

Then select the extension that you want to access Options for. Although fewer extension than in the past are placing access to their Options there with the new WebExtensions format.

I think right now no extensions can set keyboard shortcuts for anything but their own functions. That might be allowed in a future version of Firefox. Preferably it will actually be built into Firefox, but I wouldn't expect that for quite a while.
