Running firefox quantum on windows 10 version 1803 build 17134.48

When restarting firefox, the window tends to shift about 10 pixels to the right and up

Kinda annoying as i have an arrangement of windows that i put side-by-side and it is quite annoying to have to move firefox back to where i like it every time it starts up
