Sent email didn't send and now is lost.
Using Thunderbird 60.0b6 . I sent an email, but my mail server was offline. TBird prompted me that the server was offline and couldn't send. I can't seem to find the email anywhere. Its not in the Outbox, and not in Drafts. Where do un-sendable emails go? How do I recover them?

Normally they go into the Outbox locales under the Local Folders account.
Is there some reason you are using a beta version of Thunderbird. 52.7 is the latest general release.
I had some problem with TB a few years ago, and updated to the latest version to solve it, happened to be Beta. The Beta version now automatically updates on my machine...
The message does not appear in the Outbox. It does seem that the message was sent, according to the recipient, but it does not show up in my Sent message folder.
