I know the password and email address of my Firefox synchronization but I do not have access to my mail and I can not confirm the login attempt. The password to my mail is in the saved passwords of the browser and will be available after synchronization, and I can not confirm the attempt to enter through the email. There used to be an input without confirmation of the login attempt and I had no problems, now I can not synchronize and gain access to my synchronization. Please help to solve the problem

It would be best to shut down the sync, and create a new sync using your new e-mail.
Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.
