There is no membership fee for Firefox. Firefox is free software, it does not cost anything to use.
Is it possible that you donated to the Mozilla Foundation the parent company that builds Firefox?
Could you describe what you see in more detail: is there a specific error message from a website? Does it appear on multiple sites? What is the error?
