I have three email addresses one does not show incoming as plain/html text,

I need to print some emails, and to save paper I normally "forward" / delete unwanted text and print from the "draft" folder. brianthelion49@ntlworld.com, my prime account, always receives in rich text, which when forwarded still shows rich text with all unwanted formatting. I have checked settings and all email account have the same settings so why does one show different?? Thanks Brian

If you only want to see Plain Text then use: View > Message Body as > select 'Plain text'
