Hello, I can't log in to my pocket list. I started my browser as usual, but my pocket was empty. I saw that I loged out somehow (maybe when Mozilla crushed, this situation happened), but Mozila created new account and I don't know how get back my list. What shall I do?

Might not be able to help you recover that stuff. Are you logging into your account and nothing is there, is that correct ....


Will Look at the Crash you say you had please In the address bar, Copy=Paste about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report including the BP- .

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 5 crash reports, and copy them. Press the Reply button. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Please look here for a 2nd Profile Folder if 2 see if you have a older Profile
