I think that firefox has a problem working with iOS I'm wondering if I need to switch back to...
Hi folks I've been a great deal of time trying to solve a simple problem with the Firefox browser in iOS. In case you're wondering, this support email is being sent from my laptop. More on this in a sec. The problem is, succinctly illustrated in the attached picture below. In the course of posing this simple question, I have encountered behavior in the iOS app that I think that you should be made aware of. I have noted that there is some problem in establishing an account to your support forum from an iOS device. Each time I tried to upload a screenshot from my iPhone, I had to change my password. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong, I even took human behavior out of the equation and let the phone enter my credentials, I had to create a new password. I'm also pretty sure that there is no way to upload a picture file from an iOS device. in frustration with these issues, i just put down the phone and the iPad and am communicating from my laptop. Without plugin support, there just seems to be no way to upload a picture or any other kind of file from an iOS device.
My original question was this: How do create an entry on the file in the picture below? The other issues I bring to your attention because a browser should just do these things, even from a phone.Hope you guys can tell me what to do. Thanks in advance.
David

Hi there David,
Thanks for reaching out and for providing so many details. Surely these are of much help. There's an extra thing I'd like to know, if possible: in what way have you tried to upload the picture? What were the steps taken?
Also, as a reply to your main question: - In the same field that you've squared, swipe to the left until you see "More...". - Press that and scroll a bit lower until you see "Firefox". - Make sure to activate that option (set it to green as shown in my attached screenshot)
If you want, you can also move it to be among the first choices ^_^! I've circled what you can hold to create priorities.
Looking forward to hearing from you! And thank you for bringing that into discussion!
