reply button incorrectly does "reply-all" instead

Recently upgraded to 60.3. Now when I click Reply, I get a draft message with all of the original recipients, as if I had clicked "Reply All" instead.

Solución elegida

Nevermind, user error. Replying to a sent message creates a draft to all of the original recipients. Replying to a received message seems to work as expected.
