I tried to sync my phone and computer

more options

I'm trying to get SSL certificate and through GoDaddy and they told me that I had to download Firefox because Chrome doesn't work right with what I'm doing.

When I downloaded Firefox it asked me to synic my email from my computer and the phone together.

When I did that I was unable to receive my emails all together and firefox created a whole new problem for me.

Please call me at (xxx) xxx- xxxx to fix this ASAP over the phone and (NOT) through email.

Speaking to a live person actually helps fix the problem faster and better!!!

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi irispedro101, Firefox doesn't Sync your email. You can create an optional Firefox Account to Sync browser settings and data between different installations of Firefox. I suggest just ignoring that option since it's not essential to why you wanted to use Firefox.

Regarding your current email situation, did you change some settings in your email, or install a new email app? That may be something for which you will need support from your email service provider instead of this forum.
