In the forum topic https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1175492 I read about the add on, which I used often in the past. Now I have Thunderbird 60.5.3. When I open the Tools menu and select the option to reorder the accounts, the sub window of sorting accounts (the titles are translated into Dutch) is empty. I have a lot of email accounts (see image). What can I do to reorder the accounts?

Kind regards, Guido van Harten

Do you have the latest version of Manually sort folders, 1.2.1? It's working here on TB 60.5.3/W10. What other add-ons do you have that could possibly be incompatible with MSF?

Yes, my MSF is 1.2.1, I am working with W10. After your reply I first switched off all the other add-ons, without any result. Also deleting the add-ons (and restarting TB) was succesfull. Now I have TB with only MSF running without the possibility to reorder/sort my accounts.

I'm not sure if this an issue with the Dutch localization or a more general problem. One user suggests a reset procedure. Removing the add-on, restarting TB and reinstalling MSF might work.

Because I used the add-on succesfully in the past years, I am in doubt if my Dutch localization is the cause of my problem. I removed MSF, restart TB and reinstalled MSF, but also without succes...

Did you try the reset procedure? If that doesn't help, I can only suggest you create a new profile with Profile Manager, as it must be caused by something specific to your setup (other users find no issues). To start PM, Windowskey+R, type thunderbird.exe -p

Set up an account, install the add-on, and see if it works. If it does, you can transfer data from the old profile to the new one.
