I have run MalwareBytes and Microsoft Security Search, both found nothing. On y Firefox home page "srchoperatetool" came up but I can not find how to uninstall/delete/remove it. I have removed all add ons.

While we're looking on our end for anything, I want to recommend you try a dedicated malware forum for help in addition. They might be more useful than we can be, unfortunately.

There are some other malware removal programs listed in this article as well as some support forums that might be able to help quicker than we can. This article also has links to other malware scanners that might be able to catch what you've got infected with.

What add ons have you installed? Have you installed anything recently? I can't find any results for "Microsoft Security Search" is that it's official name?

Let me know, thanks!

Sorry, the search name was something like that. Yahoo has taken over now and I can't find the name. The only Add Ons I had were the "h" that checked prices for you and Grammerly and Bookmark.

In addition, McAfee spent about 1 hour roaming around in my computer (remotely) and found nothing.
